All order are accepted under the following Terms and Conditions, which constitutes a legally binding contract, therefore customers are advised to read this carefully.
- KDW Joinery reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be deemed effective when posted on this website and it is your responsibility to read the T&C on each occasion.
- Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained on this website is correct and up to date. But we are not responsible for the content of any website we may be linked to.
- Orders must be received in a written format (email/fax/post).
- Doors and windows must be ordered using their correct product code.
- Stocked items will be despatched to you quickly. However during peak times we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times. In which case we will advise you immediately of the expected delivery time and you will be given the opportunity to cancel any order.
- KDW Joinery cannot be held responsible for any loss or expense incurred due to none delivery of our products and any order placed assumes you have read and understand these terms and conditions.
- Any shortages/damages must be reported within 3 working days of receiving goods.
- Product prices are not included on this website but are available to be sent to you. Our price list is in British pounds sterling (£) and is shown excluding VAT which will be added at the applicable current rate at time of invoice.
- Delivery charges on this website are shown in British pounds sterling (£) and are shown excluding VAT which will be added at the applicable current rate at time of invoice.
- Payment in full will be required before your goods are despatched to you. Payment can be by cheque, BACS transfer or cash on collection.
- If you wish to order goods from us on a regular basis then you can apply for an account. If accepted then an agreed credit limit will be set and payment is strictly 30 days net.
- KDW Joinery is the trading name of “Keycraft (Nottingham) Ltd”. Keycraft (Nottingham) Ltd does not operate under any other name or associate company of similar name or title and is a wholly owned Limited Company - Registration No: 03661335
